I feel like I’ve become painfully inconsistent with this blog…that’s gotta change. From now on I’m not going to let more than 2 days go by without a study sketch of some kind. I do them everyday but with my job teaching art to kids 7 to 11, doing some cool freelance and launching some of my own IP’s I’ve become a bit swamped for time (womp womp). Above are some of the recent phone life paintings that I have done. I find it helps to paint daily from life in order to improve my sense of color and realism. Plus it’s cool feeling like some kind of neo old master hahaha.
