I got a little time today to drive over to Sims Park over in Suwanee Ga and do some studies. Today was a simply gorgeous day and I had to go out and do something so I spent some time when I should have been working on other stuff (sorry) and did some sketches. I drew some of the rocks and vegetation as well as a barn across from Sims park that looked beautiful to me. That complimentary red barn against the green trees was too rich to pass up  so I went ahead and wipped out my phone and painted it. I didn’t realize how hot it was getting and towards the end I was so dehydrated that I felt I was breathing out dust…BUT I FINISHED and it is marvelous!
